Enrollment Guidelines and Information

To enroll your child at Beautiful Minds Child Care, you can fill our the application forms available on this page.

• We provide care for children ages 4 weeks – 13 years.
• Before- and after-school care is available for children up to 12 years old.
• Scheduling can be done on a 5-day or 3-day schedule (min. 3 days/week).
• Billing options available include automatic electronic funds transfer (ETF) from your checking account, debit or credit card, or check.
• All forms must be completed and submitted to the center Director for review. If the age group you are enrolling for is full, your child will be added to our waiting list and you will be contacted if an opening becomes available. Enrollment is based on first-come, first-serve basis.
• Upon accepted enrollment, you will receive information from us regarding further helpful information about the daycare center, including policies, scheduling, payment info, etc.

More Helpful Information About Beautiful Minds Child Care

Breakfast and lunch are served every day. Meals are designed to expose children to a variety of foods and flavors. Children are encouraged to try new foods, and are given several healthy options. We focus on and promote wellness for every child through nutritionally balanced meals and movement throughout the day.

Parents are always welcome to stop in and see their children during the day. To schedule a visit for a new child, please schedule an appointment so that we have staff available to give you a tour of the facility.

Our center Director and staff work together continuously to develop curriculum and activities for the children that are educational, fun, and challenging. You can stay updated on all that is happening at the daycare center by checking out our Events Calendar. Here you'll also see the lunch menu, off-site activities planned, and the theme for each week.

Rates and Fees

A $75 non-refundable registration fee is due annually for each child enrolled in the program.

If you are reserving a childcare spot Beautiful Minds requires payment of 1st weeks tuition as a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. On child’s start date a $75 annual registration fee will be charged to your account.

* A 10% discount will be deducted for Military families.

* A 10% discount will be deducted from the oldest child’s tuition for families with two or more children enrolled on a regular, full time only basis.

* Only one discount per family.

Drop-In Care
Drop-in care is care that is not regularly scheduled. A 24 hour advance notice is required for drop-in care and can only be guaranteed if space is available, in order to maintain appropriate child-teacher ratios.
